At Tactipup, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our tactical gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-customized items.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tactical buckles and hardware are securely protected.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the gear at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
